Villa with Private Pool

The Villa has a size of 150sqm & features a private swimming pool. It comprises of 2 storeys. On the lower level, guests will find one air-conditioned bedroom with one double bed & a furnished veranda. A WC is also found. Following a small staircase guests are led on the sublevel of the lower floor, where they will find an air-conditioned living room, equipped with a TV & a furnished veranda with views to the pool as well as a fully equipped kitchen along with a dining area.

Moving on the upper floor, guests will find another air conditioned bedroom with a furnished balcony offering views of the surroundings & a bathroom with a shower. This floor is again split into 3 sublevels. On its second sublevel, a seating area is found, which offers a mezzanine type balcony with views to the living room, along with a double bed. On its 3rd sublevel, it offers an attic type area, where 2 single beds are found.

This type of accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, while a baby cot can be added for a child of up to 2 years of age (upon request & availability - free of charge).
